Was ze en doe ze bestrooid met een beetje zout in een vergiet. Ondertussen laat je de vadouvan heel zachtjes trekken in de azijn en water. Doe na 10 minuten de olie er bij en laat een half uur bij 90 graden trekken. Leg nu de knopjes in een schoon potje en giet de hete olie, door een zeef, er over heen. Laat in een oven van 95 graden een kwartier staan met de deksel er losjes op. Schroef nu de deksel dicht en laat nog een kwartier “wecken”.<br /> <br /> Roel van Kollem</div>
